Floom ships worldwide. All orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days and deliveries are mainly via FedEx or other services alike. All parcels are trackable, once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Orders are dispatched from our main warehouses in Taiwan or UK depending on the stock availability. Additional border and/or customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer, please check your local import rates and fees.
