Returns
You have the right to return any product purchased from our website within 14 days of receiving the order. The product(s) must be unused, in its original package and still and the same new condition as it was when the item was received. We reserve the right to deny a refund for an item that is believed to be previously damaged, or we may charge a fee for refurbishment if the product or package was damaged.
Please note that you will be responsible for all the costs of sending back the return to Floom, plus the original shipping charges in the order. We recommend that you keep the original shipping materials as it is important that you pack the product so that it will not be damaged during shipping. Failure to properly package your order for return shipment may lead to your refund or repair request being denied if the product arrives damaged.

Even though we make meticulous controls of our products, it is still possible that, in rare cases, they are faulty. If you discover that your product has a manufacturing or material fault, please contact us at support@floom.com
We handle every case individually. If you think an item is damaged, please let us know within 5 days of delivery. Claims for damaged items will not be accepted after 5 days. You have the right to make a complaint about manufacturing, or material faults, or faults that have been detected after normal use. If the fault is caused by ungentle usage, you don’t have the right to make a claim.
